  • under $99, a $20 flat rate shipping fee applies

We typically process and pack orders within 1–2 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

 

Tracking your order】

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

 

【Wrong address disclaimer】

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at services@bestpouches.ca if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

【Returns】

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen or unused, with tags, and in its original packagingYou’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

【Damages and Issues】
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

【Exceptions / non-returnable items】

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

【Exchanges】

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us if you have an urgent request.

 

【Refunds】

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
