You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
【No Returns Policy】
At BestPouches.ca, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

【Refunds (if applicable)】
Refunds are only applicable for order cancellations made within 48 hours of placing the order and before the order has been shipped.
If your cancellation is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
